WHO WE ARE
Schedgé ("Schedge," "we," "us") is a self-care planning and community app operated by Brooke Ashley Hall. You can reach us at support@schedge.app.
WHAT WE COLLECT
When you use Schedgé, we collect:
- Account info: your email, password (hashed by our authentication provider), and chosen username.
- Profile info you provide: display name, bio, avatar, and links to other social profiles you opt to share.
- Templates you create or share: the routines, meal plans, regimens, and other content you publish to the community feed.
- Personal planner content: data you enter privately into your notebook. By default this is stored on your device and never sent to our servers.
- Basic usage data: information about how you use the app, used to improve the product.
SAFETY AND CRISIS SUPPORT
When Schedgé's safety system activates, it saves only a minimal flag: how serious it was, the general category, and which screen it happened on. It does not keep a copy of what you wrote in that moment. Your own entries, your planner and the answers you give, are saved as part of your account under our standard privacy terms.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to:
- Run your account and let you sign in.
- Show your shared templates, profile, and social links to other users.
- Send you transactional email (account confirmation, password resets, important notices). We don't send marketing email without your consent.
- Improve and debug the product.
WHAT WE SHARE
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers we use to run Schedgé (currently: Supabase for authentication and database, and Vercel for hosting), and only as needed to make those services work. We may disclose information if required by law.
WHAT'S PUBLIC
Anything you choose to share with the community — your username, display name, avatar, bio, social links, and any templates you mark public — is visible to all visitors of Schedgé, including people who aren't signed in. Don't put anything on a public template that you wouldn't want strangers to see.
YOUR CONTROL
- You can edit or delete any template you've shared.
- You can update your profile, change your password, or remove your avatar at any time.
- You can permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from the You tab (Delete account). This removes your planner content, roadmap, reflections, companion conversations, profile, and shared templates, and deletes your login. It cannot be undone. You can also email support@schedge.app.
AI AND AUTOMATED CONTENT
Schedgé uses AI to design your weekly roadmap, write your snapshot and reflections, and power conversations with the companion. To do this, your assessment answers and a memory summary are sent to our AI provider to generate that content. AI output can be imperfect and is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Schedgé is not therapy, crisis care, or medical care.
COOKIES
We use cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
CHILDREN
Schedgé isn't intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.
CHANGES
We'll update this policy when meaningful things change. We'll let you know via email or an in-app notice when we do.
