TERMS OF SERVICE

By using Schedgé you agree to these Terms. Schedgé is operated by Brooke Ashley Hall ("we," "us"). If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Don't impersonate another person. You must be at least 13 years old to use Schedgé.

You keep ownership of everything you create or upload — your templates, photos, bio, links. By sharing a template publicly, you grant Schedgé a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and let other users import and reuse that template within the service. You can revoke this license at any time by deleting the template.

You promise that:

• You have the right to share the content you upload.
• The content doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• The content doesn't contain anything illegal, hateful, graphic, or designed to harm others.

You agree not to:

• Spam, harass, or impersonate other users.
• Upload malware or attempt to break the service.
• Scrape or copy the service to compete with it.
• Use the service for anything illegal.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Schedgé includes a community where members can share routines and templates and follow one another. To keep it safe and supportive, objectionable content and abusive behavior are not tolerated. This includes harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit or NSFW material, spam, impersonation, and content that promotes self-harm or dangerous advice.

Every shared routine and public profile can be reported, and you can block any user from their profile or any shared routine — blocked users' content is hidden from you, and you can manage blocked accounts in Edit Profile. We review reports and remove content or remove or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, typically within 24 hours.

Schedgé is a self-care planning and reflection tool, not medical, fitness, nutrition, or mental-health advice. The Schedgé companion is an AI for reflection and planning, not a therapist, counselor, or crisis service. Templates shared by other users are personal experiences, not professional guidance. Talk to a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or mental-health routine. If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact 988 (US Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency number.

Schedgé includes an AI companion and uses AI to generate your roadmap, snapshot, and reflections. It can help you reflect, plan, and think things through. It does not diagnose or treat anything and gives no medical, legal, financial, or clinical advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and seek a qualified professional for important decisions.

The Schedgé name, logo, brand, and design are owned by Brooke Ashley Hall and protected by trademark and copyright. You may not use them without written permission.

You can stop using Schedgé and permanently delete your account and all its data at any time from the You tab (Delete account), or by emailing support@schedge.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the service or other users.

Schedgé is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Back up anything important.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Schedgé and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we'll let you know via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Schedgé after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
